We are looking forward to hearing from you:
- Proven Customer Service Experience particularly using the telephone
- Equine Knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Navision or similar ERP system, Excel, Word, Power Point) experience and proficiency
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills and has the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the company
- Good Telephone Manner
- Attention to detail; Solid problem solving and analytical skills combined with good organizational and prioritization skills; detail and task oriented.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good verbal/written skills
- Can successfully operate in a small company environment
